Visiting Brookdale Pocatello with my grandfather gave us a very positive impression — the staff were warm and patient, and took time to show us around. The residence felt cozy and well cared for, with inviting communal spaces. My grandfather appreciated how comfortable the living quarters looked, and how respectful everyone seemed.
